1. My Life – I am thankful for my life. Life is fragile and I never take it for granted that I am here, alive and well.

 

  1. My Health – I thankful for each new day that I wake up, and thank God for my health.

 

  1. My children – I am thankful that I am a mom. Jacob and Ari are amazing children and I am proud and thankful for our mom-son bond.

 

  1. My love Gonen – I am thankful for my boyfriend, Gonen. I am thankful that he makes me laugh, and that he challenges me and makes me a better person.

 

  1. My family – I am thankful for my parents and my extended family. Not day goes by where I do not thank my late Aunt Roberta, who is always in my heart, for her influence on my life.

 

  1. My friends – I am thankful for my friends. Each one adds something different and unique to my soul. They are like a kaleidoscope of colors that brighten my day and give me the strength needed to live my best life.

 

  1. Eliza – I am thankful for my son’s girlfriend Eliza and her family. She is a wonderful addition to Jacob’s and our lives and we adore her.

 

  1. My trip to Israel – I am thankful for my trip to Israel. It was a trip of a lifetime, changed my life, and opened my heart in new ways.

 

  1. My mentor and friend Sharla Feldscher – I am thankful for my friend Sharla, who smiles her way through life and believes in the power of a dream. She has been a role model, mentor, and friend.

 

  1. My teacher and friend Paul Gluck – I am thankful for my friend Paul Gluck, who’s helped me live my dream of being on TV and making a difference.

 

  1. My job at Acuity Healthcare – I am thankful for my career and for my wonderful colleagues.

 

  1. My son’s dog Blizten – I am thankful for Jacob’s dog Blizten and the love and bond with a pet. He is the best dog ever!

 

  1. Laughter in my life –I am thankful for laughter in my life.

 

  1. My home – I am thankful for my beautiful home. I never take for granted that I have a warm, safe place to live.

 

  1. My new couch – I am thankful for being able to afford my new couch. I love it.

 

  1. Food – I am thankful that there is food to eat in my house. I do not take this for granted.

 

  1. Income – I am thankful that I am able to pay my bills and provide for my children.

 

  1. My Temple and Rowan students – I am thankful for my current and former students, including my former Temple students Olivia, Anna, and Brandon, who all supported my quest to make a positive impact on the world.

 

  1. The Holidays – I am thankful for all the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, and celebrating with and feeling love for my family and friends.

 

  1. Technology & Social Media – I am thankful I can text my kids all day long, share photos, and spread positivity online.

 

  1. PHL17 and Matt Toal – I am thankful for PHL17 and Matt Toal for the opportunity to reach a larger audience to spread some positivity in the world!

 

  1. Traditions – I am thankful for the Mummers on New Year’s Day! It’s a Philly tradition that I love!

 

  1. Hugs – I am thankful that I can hug tight the people who are important in my life and let them know how much I care.

 

  1. Books – I am thankful for the books I’ve read that have enriched my life and taught me so much.

 

  1. Football – I am thankful for football Sundays.

 

  1. The Phillies – I am thankful for having baseball in my life, and that the Phillies hired a new manager.

 

  1. Support & Encouragement – I am thankful for the people who have supported me and helped me spread the message of trusting yourself and becoming the best version of you.

 

  1. Love – I am thankful for having a life filled with love. I am blessed.

 

  1. Kindness – I am thankful that there is so much kindness in the world.

 

  1. My experiences – I am thankful for the experiences that have made me who I am today.
